These Website Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) are entered into by and between Amorix Inc. (“Amorix,” “ÜS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “User”). These Terms govern your access to and use of igotus.co, any subdomains, and any other website that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”), together with our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE SITE.

You agree that the Site will be construed solely under the laws of the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any information presented on the Site applies only to products and services offered within the United States.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. SEE SECTION 12.

1. Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise indicated, Amorix Inc. owns or licenses all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and all materials and content available on the Site (“Content”), including but not limited to text, graphics, images, interfaces, audio and video clips, icons, design, layout, code, and other intellectual property.

You may access and use Content for:

  • Your personal, non-commercial informational purposes; and

  • Internal business informational purposes if you are a healthcare professional.

You may print a single copy of limited Content for these purposes provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are preserved.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, modify, publish, upload, transmit, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of the Content;

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

  • Use frames, deep links, scraping, robots, or data extraction tools;

  • Use Amorix trademarks, service marks, or logos without express written permission.

The Company retains all rights in its intellectual property. No license or right is granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

2. Claims of Copyright Infringement

3. Your Use of the Site

(a) Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account. Notify the Company immediately at support@igotus.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

(b) Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback submitted to the Company (“Feedback”) are non-confidential and become the exclusive property of the Company. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation.

(c) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • For unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

  • To submit defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing content

  • To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

  • To interfere with others’ use of the Site

  • To transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful data

  • To circumvent security measures

  • To scrape, extract, or copy Content except as expressly permitted

  • To violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for violations of these Terms.

4. No Medical Advice

Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. ÜS products are wellness and intimacy-support formulations.

If you desire medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Some users may be redirected from the Site to a third-party telehealth service for optional medical review. Such providers operate independently from Amorix Inc. and are solely responsible for the delivery of medical services. Amorix Inc. does not practice medicine and does not control or supervise clinical decisions.

5. Privacy

All personal information submitted through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the Company’s collection and use of your information as described in these policies.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. The Company does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content or services. Access such websites at your own risk and subject to their terms of use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, DATA ACCURACY, AND SYSTEM RELIABILITY.

The Company does not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Content is accurate, complete, or current

  • The Site or servers are free from viruses or harmful components

USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty limitations; those limitations may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMORIX INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Assumption of Risk; Waiver

You assume all risks associated with your use of the Site. You release Amorix Inc. from any liability related to your reliance on information found on the Site. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or decisions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amorix Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of third-party rights

11. Waiver; Severability; Entire Agreement

No waiver of any term shall constitute a continuing or future waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the incorporated Privacy policies, form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site.

12. Mandatory Arbitration; No Class Actions (Wyoming Venue)

EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS INVOLVING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND AMORIX INC. ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES.

  • Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming.

  • You and the Company waive all rights to a jury trial.

  • You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis; no class actions, class arbitrations, or representative claims are permitted.

This section constitutes a written agreement to arbitrate under the Federal Arbitration Act.

13. Limitation on Time to File Claims

ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ACCRUES, OR ELSE IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Modification of the Site

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion thereof at any time without liability.

16. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Company. Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notices.
