Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time the order is placed.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM ET may begin processing the following business day.

  • During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

📦 Discreet Packaging

All Amorix products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to respect your privacy and discretion. The return address will reflect Amorix Inc only.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Amorix is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier

  • Delivery issues caused by weather, carrier delays, or other external factors

If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply.
