SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number to ÜS by Amorix Inc. ("Amorix," "we," "us," or "our") at checkout, in your account settings, or by texting one of our keywords, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional text messages from us at the mobile number provided.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive promotional messages, order updates, shipping notifications, abandoned cart reminders, and customer service replies. Recurring automated and personalized marketing messages may also be sent.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Amorix does not charge for the messages you receive, but your wireless carrier may. Please consult your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the originating short code or long code from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resubscribe, sign up again on our website or text START.

Other opt-out keywords accepted: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

5. How to Get Help

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, text HELP to the number you received messages from. After you send HELP we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe. For additional assistance, email support@amorix.us or visit amorix.us/pages/contact.

6. Supported Carriers

Carriers supported include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Cellular One, and most other carriers.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Amorix nor the wireless carriers are responsible for any undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in. By enrolling, you certify that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll the number.

8. Privacy

We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS service at any time, with or without notice. Continued enrollment after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
